Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
CAID Industries is an Employee Owned company. This means that our profits are invested in our employee’s future. The ESOP gives employees a unique opportunity to acquire interest in company stock at no direct cost. We believe in our people and know that every individual in the company has a direct impact on our profitability and should share in the success of the company to which their efforts help produce. This investment by CAID is made over and above our employee’s base compensation.
The ESOP is intended to provide employees with a meaningful stake in the company, future economic security and ultimately, an additional source of retirement income. Profitability should increase the value of the company stock; good work habits, efficiency and cost control will help accomplish this goal.
